Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Mrs. Toni G's. We want to ensure you get your pet gear as quickly and smoothly as possible.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: Usually takes 3–7 business days after processing.

  • Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout for faster delivery.

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or weather.

3. Multiple Shipments

Because we partner with various suppliers through Shopify Collective to bring you the best pet products, your items may ship from different locations. If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages at different times. You will receive a tracking number for each individual shipment.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Mrs. Toni G's is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Damages

If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately at support@vireonservices.com. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, and include a photo of the damage in your email so we can help you get a replacement.
